Account Setup / Email on file
We will setup your account after we have received payment and we or our payment partners) have screened the orders in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not at the domain you are signing up under. The primary email address on file will be used to contact you if there is ever an abuse. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. If you have a domain name registered with Qavor Network, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain names is correct and up-to-date. Qavor Network is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales team via email.
All Payments to Qavor Network are Non-Refundable. However we may review it on need-be-basis.
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. Accounts that are past due may be disabled on an individual need-be-basis solely at our discretion.
Acceptable Use Policy
All services provided by Qavor Network may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.
Pornography is prohibited on all Qavor Network servers
This includes sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising. If you think your site may violate our Terms of Service, please ask us before signing up for an account so that we may determine if we can host your site. Qavor Network reserves the right to determine what is and what isn’t acceptable for our servers. If child pedophiliac material is found on user/customers account the account will be immediately deleted and the user will be fined.
Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted, with the exception of one cPanel backup of the same account. Please do not take backups of your backups.
Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation without prior warning.
Backups and Data Loss
At Qavor Network , backup service runs once a week, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. We are not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take complete responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Qavor Network servers.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Qavor Network reserves the right to cancel, suspend or restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. Our customers may cancel the account at any time via a Support ticket.
Cancellations requested after the initial 15 days for Shared accounts will go into effect on the renewal date for that particular hosting package. Unless specifically requested, the account will remain active until the period expires. If the account is eligible, any request for a refund outside of the initial 15 day period will be given on a prorated basis with any previous extended term discount withheld. Refunds are to be determined once the account has been canceled. Payments older than 60 days may require a refund via PayPal or mailed check due to our merchant account policies and procedures.
All fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if the domain name registration is suspended, canceled or transferred prior to the end of the registration term. Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be altered, including spelling corrections.
